RETURNS & REFUNDS

30-day return policy: Not satisfied? You can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked.

Conditions: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Sale items and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to return: Email info@knotandco.eu with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 24 hours.

Refunds: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges: Want a different product? Let us know in your return email and we will arrange an exchange at no extra cost.

Return shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or defective items: Received a damaged or defective item? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement or full refund — no return needed.
